Sr. Pastor | Jeremiah Dollenger

Jeremiah and Jessica have been married for 18 years and are blessed with seven beautiful children, six of whom they have lovingly adopted. The Dollgener family recognizes adoption as a powerful reflection of the Gospel. Jeremiah and Jessica are dedicated to actively discipling their children through homeschooling and nightly family devotions.

Previously, the Dollgeners served as missionaries in Uganda, East Africa, from 2008 to 2009. They have also held leadership positions in several churches.

Jeremiah holds a BA in Religion from BMA Theological Seminary and a Master's in Educational Leadership from UT Tyler. He currently serves as a teacher at Hogg Middle School within the Tyler ISD. Since July 2019, he has served as the Senior Pastor at FBC Swan.

Originating from Compton, CA, Pastor Frank Starks III is one of nine children and one of three brothers ordained to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Known for his disarming sense of humor and wit, Frank has served as the MC for numerous conferences and events. A lover of music and dancing, he worked as a community disc jockey in the early 1980s. His service in the United States Navy took him around the world.

Pastor Starks continues to mentor youth and young adult men and played a key role in the development of the renowned BMX Bike Park in Compton, CA, a facility built to benefit underprivileged teens. Alongside his wife of over 30 years, Cassandra, he co-founded Heirs Outreach Ministries, Rekindling the Flame of Romance (a marriage ministry), and In Him Global Media, home of KCWG The Truth online radio. As the host of the impactful show "Praising with the Pastor," Frank can be heard sharing his insights on the airwaves.

He and Cassandra also serve as marriage mentors, advocating for strong family relationships.

Associate Pastor | Dr Frank Starks III

A brother, Uncle, in his family, Michael, is new to Texas. Having relocated from the Pacific Northwest and then Las Vegas, Nevada, we warmly welcome Michael to Swan. He joined our team in October 2024 as the Operations Director of the Swan Food Pantry. Michael brings a wealth of skills and knowledge in managing large-scale pantries. While living in Las Vegas, he assisted the director of his home church's food pantry, significantly increasing their outreach. Under his guidance, the pantry's weekly guest count grew from 125 to over 1600, and they established partnerships with numerous pantries and ministry groups engaged in street outreach, providing food, clothing, and opportunities for worship.

Michael is a 2014 graduate of the University of Phoenix, where he earned his degree in Computer Networks. He leveraged this expertise in his professional career, working on numerous contracts with casinos and large enterprise data storage centers.
