Jeremiah and Jessica have been married for 18 years and are blessed with seven beautiful children, six of whom they have lovingly adopted. The Dollgener family recognizes adoption as a powerful reflection of the Gospel. Jeremiah and Jessica are dedicated to actively discipling their children through homeschooling and nightly family devotions.
Previously, the Dollgeners served as missionaries in Uganda, East Africa, from 2008 to 2009. They have also held leadership positions in several churches.
Jeremiah holds a BA in Religion from BMA Theological Seminary and a Master's in Educational Leadership from UT Tyler. He currently serves as a teacher at Hogg Middle School within the Tyler ISD. Since July 2019, he has served as the Senior Pastor at FBC Swan.

Pablo Rodriguez has been a devoted member of First Baptist Church Swan since 2019, serving the church family faithfully for nearly seven years. His heart for service began in the food pantry, where he spent almost three years picking up food before stepping into a leadership role as a member of the food pantry committee.
Beyond his work with the pantry, Pablo is deeply involved in the daily life and leadership of the church. He serves in the maintenance ministry helping care for the church building, sits on both the church council and the finance committee, and contributes to the usher ministry and the church security team. An active teacher of God's Word, he leads Bible studies in English and formerly in Spanish. Currently, Pablo is continuing his theological studies as he journeys toward becoming a deacon at FBC Swan.
Michael is a dedicated family man—a proud father, brother, and uncle—who recently relocated to Swan after living in the Pacific Northwest and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Growing up in a low-income household raised by a single mother, Michael knows firsthand the struggle of trying to make ends meet each month. He intimately understands the pain, the hunger, and the vulnerability of standing in line at a food pantry. Walking alongside his mother as a child and seeing the abundance of food left him in awe, and those childhood memories are the heartbeat behind why he does what he does today. Today, seeing the smiles on the faces of children, adults, and seniors receiving help drives his unwavering dedication to the community.
Michael joined the Swan Food Pantry team in October 2024 as Operations Director and COO, bringing a wealth of expertise in managing large-scale pantry operations. During his time in Las Vegas, he helped direct his home church's food pantry, dramatically scaling its outreach during the COVID-19 pandemic to see weekly guest counts surge from 125 to over 1,600. Beyond pantry operations, he has spearheaded impactful community initiatives, including establishing critical ministry partnerships and conducting hands-on street outreach to provide food, clothing, and worship opportunities for the unhoused.
A 2014 graduate of the University of Phoenix with a degree in Integrated Network Technology, Michael also brings a strong technical background to his leadership. Prior to his work in ministry operations, he applied his IT expertise across numerous high-level contracts with casinos, large enterprises, and data storage centers.
